Husband lives it fir his movie room. Hoping the creases come out. Came folded, not rolled.It's a great decor rug as the design and color stands out giving a nice theater room atmosphere. However, this is not a typical rug. Extremely soft which takes away from being a sturdy run. To make matters worse, it comes folded in a box which essentially ruins the look. It lays with many wrinkles and creases giving the appearance of a blanket on the floor rather than a rug.I was considering returning it, but I going to try laying a real rug on top for a week to see if creases and wrinkles come out as one reviewer suggested.Disappointing no doubt. Because of it soft spongy material, this rug should NEVER be folded. This product needs to shipped like a True rug rolled not folded.Update: After laying a heavier rug on it for two weeks it did help but not by much. The creases are still visible although the decor of rug somewhat hides it,, but I found keeping this rug flat is a big chore. Installed rug tape to keep it from moving and that proved to be of little help thus far as it eventually moves again thereby exposing the tape. Again this rug is real nice but think of it as a real large bath mat. I haven't seen any rug decor like this therefore going to keep it because it looks real nice in the theater room, but of course, with the understanding I will need to keep nurturing it every day to keep it from moving and staying flat.Update Sept 7: After normal use since purchase, I annoyingly found the fabric still bunches up to form a trip Hazard. I had to buy rug tape to hold this thing down. Honestly for the cost of this novelty you would expect more. After a month using tape, realized all areas not taped was subject to scrunching up. Seriously, I must have tripped 20 times by now if not more. Surprise I haven't killed myself running into the fireplace when tripping on this thing!Customers, truly the art design of this rug is awesome. However, it's just poorly made. I can't recommend buying this rug. Hopeful No one is injured by the trip hazards this rug causes. The one star is for the design.Not very soft but it looks great in the room.Nice rug.
