I absolutely love it. I was hesitant at first when I saw the price bc I assumed it would be cheaply made, but it is adorable and lives up to its lovable “pet” name. I have mine draped over a bleak-ish couch that came in a furnished apartment and I literally smile every time I see it. It really helped with the aesthetic of the space. It also looks great as a rug and is super comfy. I haven’t tried to clean it yet but trust that that will be a pleasant experience as well.Perfect rug for the area!Looks really nice!Love the rug overall. However, it does shed a lot even after being washed. It does wash very well. I washed it normal cycle and put it in the dryer with NO heat. The rug also does move around A LOT! The slightest touch and it moves. Going to have to buy anti slip mat underneath. Ultimately I'm happy with my purchase ?Just what I imagined, I put mine over my couchI purchased the 3x5 in the dark brown as a Lightning Deal. I live in a tiny house w/2 dogs and 3 cats and they all love furry stuff so I was pretty confident I was making a good purchase at a hair (pun intended) under $40 all told.It came well packaged - the inner bag was thick plastic and had the air removed. The hair was matted and it looked terrible and smelled a little chemical but who wouldn't wash it before lounging on it?I washed Delicate/Cool/minimal Method soap and did 2 spinning cycles before I hung it on my huge wooden drying rack overnight.It dried well, I shook the crap out of it and beheld it's glory. Chewbacca! It looked fantastic, but I'll be honest, this isn't soft like bunny fur. It's hairy, not silky.The dog that lounges was afraid to touch it for about 10 minutes, perched on the arm of the couch staring it down. A soon as the cats showed up, he took a swan dive and claimed it from end to end. Sometimes he lets me sit on part of it and it's comfortable and thick enough to feel it. I washed it a second time and it looks great after heavy use. It does not shed.The color is not high fashion nor 'this will impress my posh guests' realistic. It's synthetic hair on fake hide. Because of that, I can afford to give luxury to my animals. I would definitely purchase more of these and use on the floor , dog beds, stuffed chairs or bed toppers. The hold up well if you wash/dry them correctly. I think if you used the dryer it would be a 'lesser' item. The cats love them as well.SHEDSI think this is really cute. But this is definitely not something that you are going to have for a long time. I have had it for about a year and a half now and the fur definitely does not look the same. And I do not sit on it at all.. it is just kind of a" just for looks" thing. I still really like it. You can never use it as a rug I would put it on my couch that's what I do with it or over a chair. I had originally rated this at four stars and Amazon would not let me change it. Today I would rate this at maybe two and a half Stars. It's a cute trendy piece not an investment piece so that's fine. I have seen better things in discount stores though.Very good quality. Price little bit high.
